Room for rent

I live in a 3 bedroom, 3 bath townhouse in the middle of Pembroke Pines. (Laundry, Patio, a community pool behind the townhouse, internet, a private bathroom, parking, tennis courtyard, and is a gated community). A fee of $100 is required for criminal background, which is paid by the tenant and is needed for the association. I live with two dogs (friendly) you must like animals. I'm clean and I expect the same from my roommate. If you smoke please outside in the patio only. The place is near malls, movie theaters, parks, restaurants, hospitals, etc., and a few minutes from 1-75 and Turnpike. I prefer no visitors I work so I like to have a house to relax in and hope you like that too. I'm gay just in case you feel uncomfortable living and sharing the house with a gay person.
