2 pools, 2 gyms, club lounge.
I have 2 small dogs that will stay in my room most of the time. They do not do any of that excessive annoying barking and they are potty trained and stay freshly groomed so no smell worries! I keep the place extremely clean.
You will need to undergo a background check to be approved by the complex, it’s the only way to get you your own key fob for building access to amenities and parking.
No outside guests allowed in the apartment as a safety precaution, but feel free to utilize the amenity areas. I will also not have any outside guests in the apartment.
