All utilities are included, along with high speed internet. Fenced in back yard with huge patio for relaxing or bring your own grill.
Private room is completely furnished, including a queen size bed. There is a desk and a walk-in closet. There are 5 large refrigerators in another study area next to the kitchen.
All adult living with no children or pets ensures you have peace and quiet no matter your work schedule.
Location is just south of Broward Blvd within walking distance of a bus stop. Less than 5 minutes to I-95 for commuters.
All tenants share responsibility for cleaning, and are required to keep kitchen clean for the next user.
