Modern Luxury Rooms for Rent

I have recently moved into this place and am in the process of furnishing and preparing it for future tenants. The entire house will be fully furnished by Aug 1st. I am continually making enhancements and upgrading the interior and exterior with luxury goods for everyone's enjoyment(Out Door Patio Set, Lounge Chairs, Large Tv, Surround sound, Florida Decor, Modern technology) . Each tenant will be provided with a complete bed set and nightstand, as well as basic supplies for the shared rooms.

I am a college student who loves to work out and spend time outdoors. I also work nearly full-time. I'm looking for young adults who are hardworking and considerate, ensuring the place remains neat and quiet while still feeling like home. This is not a party house, but guests are welcome as long as they follow some basic rules and treat the property with respect.

Move in cost: $1,400 First Months Rent and 500 Deposit. (if the deposit needs to be set up in more than one payment, it can be discussed.) Move in Date: Available August 1st, 2024
