Hello! Due to personal circumstances, I need somebody to take over my lease. It is an 1147 square foot one bedroom with den on the third floor of the Whitney Building in Flagler Village, Fort Lauderdale. I would be able to leave end of july 2023. The lease is thru early September, but can be renewed. I am paying $3180, but renewal would like be a cheaper monthly rate if renewed for a year (I renewed for 6 months as I wasn't sure where I’d be-previously I was paying about $2900/mo for a one year lease and renewal rate was the same for another year). The den is like its own room with sliding doors and large closet. I can throw in a couch, queen-sized bed frame, and tv to sweeten the deal.
