I have available a clean and cozy room, in a very safe, gated, private community. I am looking for a very specific type of person to rent a room to;
A) Looking for someone who is also somewhat introverted. Someone friendly, communicative, but also like their personal time and space. B) A person who is capable of being a neat-freak in, expects the same, and won’t settle for anything less. Shared bathroom means you leaving it as clean as you found it — is a must. C) You appreciate a quite home. And contribute to a maintaining a quiet home. No loud music, slamming doors/drawers, etc. D) If you smoke cigarettes, vape, Juul, or anything of the sort, even if it’s on your own time when you are not home — this is not the place for you. Please have no history of any drug or alcohol abuse.
My place is close to three major highways; I-95, I-595 and Turnpike. . You’ll enjoy this space because of the coziness, the location, and the great neighbors. Looking for someone clean, respectful, and preferably has a day job/school. I have two small dogs who are AWESOME, but I am not accepting pets at this time. Prefer someone who does not (stovetop) cook so often, baking/microwave okay.
