I'm a grad student looking for a roommate in the Palm Bay/Melbourne area. The room is 10.5' X 11.5'. It is fully furnished and comes with a private bathroom (with both a shower & bath). There is a good-sized closet and a dresser. The kitchen and living area are communal and also furnished. I have all of the necessary cookware and dinnerware, so no need to purchase additional sets. The complex has a lovely saltwater pool, tennis courts, and a shuffleboard court. The neighborhood is nice and quiet, on the back edge of the complex with friendly neighbors on either side.
