Utilities included in price, first month’s rent required up front to move in & afterward due on the 1st-5th of each month. 3 month lease to start and then can extend lease. Room includes 4k projector, fully furnished with two desks, queen sized bed, chair, night stand table, overhead lights (and led lights,) walk in closet, side closet, ensuite bathroom with a toilet, tub, 2 sinks w cabinets, and a walk in shower. Mini fridge available for room, otherwise full access to den room, downstairs living room, kitchen (with cabinet spaces and dish washer,) laundry room with washer & dryer. Fenced back yard & patio. No pets allowed other than caged/enclosure animals (reptiles, fish, small mammals, bugs) as we already have 2 cats in the home. *** friendly although we do not partake much here, absolutely no cigarettes or hard drugs.

3 laid back as can be roomies; myself and my husband, and our other female roommate. We all like to keep a clean and peaceful house with good energy, and the most we usually get up to is talking, playing music, adventuring, and playing videogames <3 Personal cleanliness and keeping room clean is expected but we do a majority of the weekly whole home cleaning (mopping, dusting, vacuuming, etc.)
