Room available for female renter

Hi! Two professional women are looking for a roommate to join in downtown Fairfield duplex for August 1.
Roommates:
A-book editor who commutes to NYC every day.
R-manager in hospitality industry
We are both laid-back, friendly ladies who are drama-free. Our work and social schedules are busy, but we enjoy Netflix marathons and ordering takeout when we are both around.
We are looking for someone can pay bills and rent on time; has steady income and can commit to at least a year, with at least a month?s notice to move out. We are not big partiers at all, so if that?s your jam, this might not be the best fit.

The Room:
Good size; currently there?s a full bed and decent amount of furniture in there. Queen bed can definitely fit, depending on how much other furniture you have. 2 windows and a closet with shelf space, hardwood floors.

Rest of space: open living area, small kitchen and 1 1/2 baths, basement for storage and washer/dryer in basement. Deck off front, which is so nice in summer. Off-Street parking.

Area: Location is awesome. Walk to metro north (I do that every day under 10 mins) shops and restaurants; minutes to 95 and Merrit. Grocery stores, gyms, etc. all within 10-15 min drive (Stop and Shop, Whole Foods and Trader Joe?s). 8-10 min drive to beach. If you are feeling particularly motivated, beaches are in walking/running distance. Very safe; I?ve walked alone late from train and never felt in danger.

The financials:
Landlord pays for water: we pay electric, gas, cable and garbage 4X per month.
$750 first month rent, plus $1350 deposit paid directly to tenant who is moving out. Total is $2100 to move in.
