The building is located right off the interstate near the Tysons Corner Mall (not 3 minutes down the road). The metro is just outside the building. There are various strip malls near us providing everything you'll need from groceries, beauty supplies, furniture, and amazing restaurants like Capital Grille, Patsy's, and other yummy local spots. The building is just about to open a restaurant downstairs!
The building offers gorgeous views of the Shenandoah Valley with their beautiful 10ft floor-to-ceiling windows. The community is very friendly, to animals and humans. Management is always very pleasant, and offers excellent service in any situation.
There are many amenities in the building including a gym, yoga studio, rooftop (with pool, and other lounge areas), social club, wine tasting room, and doggy spa.
The apartment itself is nearly 1000 sq. ft. My corner overlooks the Shenandoah whose purple shapes could be seen from the room or rooftop during the gorgeous sunsets. As you walk through the foyer, through the twisting hallway, you emerge to the gorgeous kitchen and living room. The kitchen has granite countertops, many cabinets, a full fridge, microwave (with convection oven), a full stove, and two ovens below. The living room is lined with 10 ft. windows and fills the room with natural light to give substance to the mini-garden that thrives there.
The room available is beautiful. The giant windows bring natural light shining through, especially during sunset when the golden rays pour through the window and give the room a warm glow (*insert golden hour pics, here*). While it may seem small, I have a full desk, bed, and dresser in addition to the closet. The bathroom connects to the bedroom and has access to the foyer/hallway. The bathroom also comes with a pleasant shower, and gorgeous granite-top sink.
