South Orange Village Walk-to-All location,

Available for rent by May 1, or thereabout, the entire 3rd floor in a Historic home, located in South Orange Village, a "walk-to-all" location, minutes from NJ Transit Station. This is a 1 bedroom with a private full bath, a walk-in-closet (or office), additional attic storage, and currently furnished with a full size bed/desk, but could also be rented empty. There is also a garage space available for an additional fee. The house has 4 living levels and is designed to offer a fair amount of privacy for a house share. It is a co-ed house share, mixed ages as well, but it generally skews younger as this is located in the Seton Hall University college triangle section of South Orange. The house is quiet, I am the landlord and an introvert and tend to feel comfortable with quiet people. Generally, we all do our own thing and give each other space. I live here 4 days a week, and I also live in NYC with my wife. I am an artist and collector, and run my art and antique business out of the house, I am partial to artists of all kinds. I think the rental is a good deal as it generally rents quickly and my tenant/roommates stay for awhile. The current tenant who is vacating the space has been here for over 4 years.
