Exclusion amenities: bed (could accommodate depending on renter), kitchen access (could accommodate depending on renter), guess parking, living room (could accommodate depending on renter), and storage room.

My condo is conveniently located a block away from Orange Train Station (travel directly to Newark Penn Station or New York Penn Station), a block away from the Post Office, Less than 10 minutes drive to Seton Hall University. It is located near Oranger Police Station, schools, retail shops, parks, Turtle Back Zoo, banks, hiking trails, scenic view, and easy highway access.

I am looking for a clean, respectable, and responsible roommate, who has a solid income.
