Im seeking a tenant that is clean and pays on-time every month. NO EXCUSES!!! I have a quiet 3 family building with no children in the building. I?m VERY selective and respond quick because the room will rent fast.
My tenants must sign a 1 year lease and an additional roommate agreement that states the following:
- Weekly rotating common area cleaning responsibilities (Kitchen, Bathroom, Living Room and Trash).
- Maximum 2 overnight stays weekly pending rent is paid on-time for that month.
I don?t do credit checks but I need to see 3 months of pay stubs and an employment letter. I also need two roommate or landlord references.
