Room Available In Condominium

Hello! My name is Robert. I am looking for a responsible, respectful and tidy roommate to share a 2-bedroom condo in Maplewood, NJ.

The condo is located in Maplewood Village - a very well-kept and quiet community. Maplewood Village is about 1.5 miles away from downtown Maplewood.

I would prefer to live with a young professional like myself. You and I would share the kitchen, bathroom and general living space. The condo itself is about 950 square feet, so there is plenty of space for two people. There is also a small patio out back that can be used for grilling or lounging.

Laundry facilities are located in the basement across from the unit itself.

Guaranteed parking in the municipal lot is available for an extra $20/month.

The $850 monthly rent includes ALL utilities (wifi, heat, electric, water, gas). Any repairs that are needed are covered by the condominium association or by me personally.
