Hello beauties! I have a clean, beautiful, spacious, private furnished room available.

However, this room is for a young woman who thinks highly of herself. She must have a full time job. She must be clean. She must have a nice attitude and not be problematic. She must have respect. She must have good intentions.

This is a room within a two bedroom apartment. Quiet private which makes the requirement all the more important.

I am looking for a female. As I am a Christian female and looking for someone who suit my life.
The room is $750 plus shared utilities. utilities are not expensive. Currently my bill is approximately $40-50 a month. Plus the first month the utilities will be one me.

The property is approximately 20 to 30 minutes away from New York. There is a bus across the street.

P. S. The room has sheer curtains, blinds, calendar, a small, vision board, a mirror, radio/clock and wall décor as well as a new full bed frame. You will also have a space in the kitchen and bathroom. We will also share the dining and living area. And yes that a mirror in the tub area, lol.
