I am a 43 year old male living in a 4 bedroom, 3.5 bathroom, 2,900 sq ft house with a large yard, garden, pool, and hot tub. Seeking someone to rent a room in my house. Your room is a spacious Bedroom Located on the Second Floor. Your main bathroom will be on the second floor, but the other 1.5 bathrooms in the house are available for your use as well. You will have access to the rest of the house, including a fully functioning kitchen with all needed appliances and laundry located on the main floor in the powder room. There is a large sunken family room with fireplace and large televisions. There is also a home office with large desk and access to printers. Large driveway for off-street parking. The bedroom is available already furnished with a queen sized bed, dresser, and chest, but if you prefer can be unfurnished, depending on your need. It is large enough for any size bed, dressers, end table, etc. Bedroom has large closet, plenty of storage and there is central air. I work and get home at varying times throughout the week. I am seeking someone neat, reliable for rent, and willing to contribute to normal household cleaning. New renter must be respectful of the home and all of our things since you will be living with the homeowner. No pets. No smoking. Male or Female. Fios TV with DVR service is included.
