Room available in newly remodeled home

Available room, fully remodeled 2020

I bought my first house last year. It’s been a fixer upper to say the least, but I’ve almost got the entire upper level finished. The available room is totally done, as is the shared bathroom, living room and impromptu kitchen. I’ve just recently started remodeling the basement as well which is where the washer and dryer is located. If you are understanding and even enjoy diy projects than this place is for you. There’s a huge yard, garage space, and a spare room for you to pursue your own hobbies/passions whatever they may be.

I prefer living alone but would like some help with the bills so here we are. I’d prefer to be friends with my roommate so let’s agree on: being LGBTQIA friendly, equality for women, and racial justice. These are dealbreakers for me, so if you use slurs or hate anyone for their race, sex, religion, skin color, or sexual preference than please do not inquire. Emotional maturity is preferred as well but I do understand that we are all on different journeys so at a minimum just know how to communicate effectively so we can resolve any possible conflicts.
