Room for rent in West Chicago. Security deposit due before move-in $830. Rent due on 1st. All utilities included, (internet and wifi as well). GARAGES AVAILABLE- Attached entry and car button $75/month, detached garage no button $50/month. No pets, we already have 3 cats and don't want to take on anymore. Roughly 5000 sq/home with 2 acre property. Shared common areas. Considered the second master suite (labeled Guest Room in layout Picture) this is a spacious room with private bathroom w/tub, and an attached loft with fireplace. Plenty of closet space in rooms but also extra storage throughout house. Large kitchen with double ovens, dishwasher, garbage disposal, 3 refrigerators, tons of appliances. Large laundry room with wash and dryer. Zoned heating and cooling (Upstairs is 2 zones, downstairs 1, 3 in all). Fireplace downstairs as well. Tons of natural light!!! On a private drive, secluded near a forest preserve. This place is good for the soul!!

Current housemates are: Myself (23f) and boyfriend (26m) in one room, downstairs tenant (22f) and a female who just moved in Sept. 1st (23f). There is another tenant moving in on the 1st (23m). You're allowed one car unless we discuss otherwise, driveway parking.

Chill, quiet house. Sounds busy with so many roommates but we keep to ourselves when not at work (or school). Looking for people preferably over 21. We value: Being responsible for yourself, friendly, cooperative, cleanly and considerate of others. We like to have fun but prefer game nights to house parties if that says anything about us. We're all the type to have a couple close friends/s. o. who we see from time to time rather than big groups of friends we don't recognize always coming and going. Would prefer someone who is the same.

Cleanliness is important to us. With such a big house things get too chaotic if we are not. Dishes straight in the dishwasher, common rooms kept clutter free, bathroom kept sanitized, that sort of thing. Keep it to your bedroom and we won't have a problem!
