The two roommates are early thirties young professionals who are currently working from home. One friendly cat lives here and is really the boss of the house. The house is perfectly located to all the DC hot spots including the U Street corridor, 14th street, and the Shaw/Howard metro. This place is a steal so we stay on top of daily maintenance and have a strict chore and cleaning schedule. Respect and consideration are expected and appreciated in this house.
