Here are the details.

The room:
It's a small room with a shared screened-in balcony. The room has an extra long loft bed with a reclinable full-sized futon couch underneath, armoire, dresser with a bookshelf topper, and a shallow closet. The balcony is shared with the person in the next room. The balcony has a table, a couple of chairs, an overhead light, and a ceiling fan.

The house:
Row house. 2nd floor has 3 bedrooms, 1 1/2 bathrooms, and laundry. 1st floor has kitchen, dining room, and living room. No sexists, racists, homophobes, or transphobes. No illegal drugs. Tobacco smoking outside on porches and balcony is fine.
It's not a fancy house but we try to keep it comfortable and clean for everyone.

The housemates:
- gay male, professional choral singer, masters in music composition, has lived in DC for >3 years
- straight male, ex-marine, upcoming law student, has lived in DC for <1 year
