Clean and modern rowhouse in Northeast

Hello!

I am looking for an extremely clean and tidy professional female roommate to share two floors in a modern 1930s rowhouse in Washington, DC.

The available room is the bright, north-facing master bedroom with en-suite bathroom and walk-in closet.

Living space, dining room, and kitchen are all shared, along with the front and back porches. The space is mostly unfurnished, as the departing roommate owns most of the furniture. Based on what you're bringing, I'll purchase new furniture to meet our shared needs.

This is a private lease arranged directly with the landlords. The property manager lives in the English basement apartment on the ground floor of the property. The back patio is shared with the property manager.

Additional amenities include in-unit washer/dryer and on-street parking.

Average monthly utilities during 2018 were $127 for electric, gas, water, Internet and home security system at current AC/heating settings, energy saving practices, and Internet-only plan.

No students or pets, please.
