Furnished master bedroom available mid February in a Columbia Heights row house. The bedroom is spacious with a closet and lots of natural light facing south. The room includes a bed, a night stand, a desk, a desk chair, an armchair with a matching ottoman, a tv, and a bookshelf. It is located on the second floor and shares a bathroom with two roommates. The house is within walking distance to public transportation (metro station and buses), and the DC USA mall.

We are BIPOC working professionals in education research and social services. We are LGBTQ+ and 420 friendly looking for responsible, respectful, and clean individuals, who pay their bills on time, and are considerate enough to continue practicing Covid-19 guidelines.

The rent is $850 a month and includes utilities (internet, gas, electricity, and water). The room is available on a month-to-month sublease with a flexible end date.
