Hi! I own a beautiful 2200 square foot town home I' d love to share that' s conveniently located between Cherry Creek and DTC - AND steps away from the Cherry Creek Trail. I work from home and have an American Bulldog puppy who is super friendly and has lots of energy so she will be your new best friend instantly (must love dogs)! I' m looking for a roommate who is clean and a professional who is looking for privacy with a second master bedroom and ensuite bathroom on the top level of my house. I also have a huge partially finished basement which has two bedrooms and can house friends or family if they come to visit (not move in :) . My community has a great pool (I' m the queen of the pool floats too), tennis and basketball courts, and literally steps from the Cherry Creek and Highline Canal for hiking or biking. You would have a dedicated attached garage parking spot and the room is currently furnished but can be unfurnished if you prefer. Rent is $1100 a month and electricity and internet would be split between us and would roughly be $100 per month. I might consider a dog if potty trained and would be able to get along with my dog. I have a great deck and have the " fun house" of the community so you would have access lots of fun and games! I work 8-5 Monday - Friday so not looking for someone who wants to come home and party during the week, been there done that but weekends are fair game :) I' m super laid back and the house is in a very safe hidden neighborhood so you can sleep easy!
