I am looking to fill 2 bedrooms in our charming brick bungalow home in Congress Park in Denver, CO. I have lived here several years and my roommates have recently become full blown adults and purchased a home.
We don't throw huge house parties, but occasionally have people over for some game nights, grilling or dinner parties. Hoping to do more of that this winter/spring, Covid permitting. Generally, we keep a quiet house during the week and a more social atmosphere on the weekends. Ideally looking for housemates who are clean, respectful, young professionals in the Denver area.
About me:
I am in sales and photography, love live music and tend to be quite active. I spend a lot of time with friends in the great outdoors, around the Denver area, or in the mountains on weekends. During the week, I like to relax and cook at home. In the winter, I try to ski as much as possible and travel.
About the house:
Located in a great neighborhood location near City Park, Cheeseman Park, Congress Park, and 15 mins from downtown. Great food and drink spots are just a few blocks away. The 2 available bedrooms are unfurnished (big enough to fit a queen size bed and dresser) with closet storage and morning window light. There is 1 bathroom to accommodate the 3 upstairs bedrooms and a laundry unit in house. The house has a decent kitchen, a backyard, and great neighbors. Driveway parking is available and plenty of street parking. Other amenities include high speed internet, antenna tv, and usually baked goods on the counter. Some summer lawn/landscape maintenance required.
