Looking for only 1 roommate in my 3 bd/2 bath home of 1220 sqft with fenced in yard and wooden deck located in Flower Mound just off FM 2499 near Dixon Lane. DFW International Airport and DCTA RAIL station Highland Village/Lewisville Rail Station are minutes from my location that you can get to via GoZone. DCTA Rail can connect you to DART Dallas/Ft Worth and Denton UNT area.

I'm looking for persons between the age of 35 and 55 preferably male since there is just one bathroom and my current roommate is a male has lived here for 5 years.

There is Walmart, Whole Foods, Target, Lowe's, Dick's Sporting Goods and HomeGoods just to name a few stores just within walking distance. Mia Cocina, Red Robin, Chili's, Pei Wei, McDonald's, Jersey Mike's and a many more dining options within walking distance also. Private room 13' 1/2 x 9' ft which is furnished with a full size bed, dresser w/mirror, chest drawers, table, two lamps, TV and metal shelf. You will be sharing abathroom. Utilites included along with access to up to 200 mbps internet, satellite TV, WIFI, 55" TV in living room, front load washer/dryer, the common areas of home such as kitchen, refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave, living room, dining room, parking for auto, gas/charcoal grill.
I am in my home nearly 24/7. NO DRAMA. If there are any loud noises, voices, etc it will be grounds for immediate eviction. If you need a place to call home no matter what's going on in your life at the present time then I may just have the place for you. If you need to rent 6 month or 12 month? Maybe tired of extended stays and expensive hotels? Even if you're going through a divorce/separation and just need a quiet place to crash for a bit?
Must be a roommate who is responsible, trustworthy and has reliable transportation. No parties, no smoking indoors or drugs tolerated and will be grounds for immediate eviction. Smoking cigarettes outdoors only. You must be neat and clean up after yourself.
Must really love dogs I have one dog. No other pets are allowed by roommates.
Rent is $650 for only 1 person along with $400 deposit which is returnable upon move out if there's no damages or monies owed.
