Hello,
-No lease required, can be month to month
-Furniture in photos was from the previous owner. House is furnished, but the bedroom is not.
We are looking for a roommate to rent the master bedroom in our home. Google maps shows the residence is 12 minutes from UNT and less to the town center. The entire home is roughly over 3,000 square feet. There are two living rooms!
The house is located in a quiet residential street near the intersection of Teasley Ln and Hickory Creek Road. Washer and dryer set are available along with a furnished kitchen. Roommates will have access to our kitchen, including plates, utensils, etc. Backyard is perfect for BBQs and lounging during the summer.
We are looking for a working professional or driven college student to maintain an adult oriented household. The roommate dynamic would be pretty special as we are both working professionals who enjoy relaxing quietly after hours. This would NOT be a good living situation for someone who hosts parties or invites groups of friends over frequently. We enjoy an occasional glass of wine, but are not serious drinkers. This is a smoke free and pet free house.
More pictures are available upon request. Any other questions; just ask.
