Converted front room into a bedroom

Mom is filling house now that my kids are grown. Currently, the house has two females and one male. We work full time, but seem to have the house to ourselves sometimes. We are slightly messy and easy-going. During the summer you will find us outside next to the in-ground pool. Parking is outside in front of house. The room has queen bed, dresser and dorm refrigerator. You will have full use of the laundry and kitchen with one kitchen double cabinet storage space. Quiet time starts at 10 pm until 5 am. No male or female guests more than four nights per month. Music will have to be only when home alone or use of a headset. Bad news: shared bathroom with two other people and near front door and kitchen. You must know how to swim.

The desired age range is 28-53. Must have lived with others that would say that you are a good roommate. A full time job outside of home is required. Sorry no pets.
We are awake and moving from 5:30am-9am before the house is quiet again.
