A stone's throw from the Memorial and Candler intersection, our recently renovated 90-year-old house has furnished rooms available!

You have your own bedroom to yourself with a bed, desk and a chair, as well as a chest of drawers, to put your belongings in. Each bedroom has a shared bathroom and access to the kitchen and laundry facilities, as well as a deck out the back for those sunny days.

We are on the bus line, yet have ample off-street parking so either way, we have your transport needs covered.

We request a minimum stay of six months.

Background checks, including employment, credit, and criminal, will be conducted on application. Please expect to pay a security deposit equal to one month's rent.
Covered in the monthly amount is all bills and wifi - no splitting an electricity bill mid-month!

Applying and Qualifying
The application fee is $50.

We do background and credit checks as well as reference checks on previous rental history and employment. We do try and work with everyone, however, to give yourself the best chance of qualifying we suggest:
Minimum income of three times the monthly rent.
No evictions in the past few years.
No criminal history (some traffic fines ok)
No missed payments, foreclosures or bankruptcies.
Proof of consistent income (eg paystubs or tax returns etc.)

Depending on how you qualify above, the security deposit will usually be equal to one month's rent.

Most well-qualified prospective tenants should expect to pay the application fee plus the first month's rent and the security deposit to move in.
