You’ll have to pay $880 in total. The ppl who are moving out currently already paid 3 months rent, so we would pay them back for what they paid for. They paid May-July. So we would get those 3 months rent free. The $880 covers the entire security deposit. We both have to pay $880 each. Then the rent goes back to $415 a month. Utilities are around $60-70, but we can spilt the bill. You have to apply online you’ll also have to apply for ComED and Nicor. There’s a $50 fee to be put on the lease, if you have a car that would be included if you pay $50 and you will get a free parking pass all year.
