Searching for Someone to Take Over my Lease

Greetings!

I am looking for an ideal person to roommate with my current roommate. I wish to move out and have my place. I realize that the roommate concept is not my thing anymore. I want to regain my freedom by having my place, so I need a new tenant to replace me.

This unit is 1,500 square feet big. It comes with three bedrooms and two bathrooms. The master bedroom with bathroom en-suite will be yours! You will have privacy within your bedroom. Also, your bedroom will have a walk-in closet. The master bathroom has two sinks and a walk-in shower. The master bedroom window is from floor to ceiling high. It brings a lot of natural sunlight, especially in the morning the sunlight hits the master bedroom.

The unit comes with a hardwood floor except for the bedrooms.

Huge windows on both sides - it is a corner unit. Open space in the kitchen, dining, and living room area. Lots of natural light. Quite an airy place to live in!

My current roommate is Deaf and native in American Sign Language. I want someone fluent in American Sign Language, has a steady job, and enjoys the H Street area. He is an aspiring entrepreneur and works all the time between the 3rd bedroom as his office and places all over the DC area. With him starting his own business currently, he cannot afford to have the apartment alone. I am seeking someone to replace me by agreeing to be on the current lease with my roommate so that I can get off the lease. The lease is good until April 30, 2024.
