Unit is filled with natural lighting and includes an in-unit washer and dryer and secure package delivery inside the building. Room furniture includes a daybed that could be converted to a king size bed and a desk.

There is a capital bikeshare half a block away, as well as buses that take you to DuPont and Union Station. You’ll be close to grocery stores (Trader Joe’s, Mom’s Market, Target), farmers market, and dining around H street, Union Market, and Ivy City. Prime location for easy access to Georgetown Law, Gallaudet University, or Catholic University. Also close for walks and jogging around the National Arboretum, and convenient access to the Easter Corridor and 295.
Rent only includes water—electricity, gas, and internet bills total about $100 every month (depending on weather). There is a $40 application fee if interested, please send times you’re available to view the apartment.

You’ll share the space with one other person: I am a female in my late 30s, original from Los Angeles and have lived in the DC area for 8 years. I enjoy reading, doing yoga, and traveling. Looking forward to finding a nice, clean, and respectful roommate!
