The property manager works regular hours M-F from a small corner desk in the front of the home entryway. The entire home is otherwise shared between you and another tenant.

Very large private bedrooms - Bedroom 1 is en suite, i. e., includes full bathroom and shower in the room for $1,100 per month. Bedroom 2 includes two closets for $1,000 per month. All rooms come furnished with clean, covered and sealed, queen-size beds, dressers, and wardrobes (or BYO). Each tenant, add utilities cost of $250.00, which includes Internet, WiFi, electric, gas, water and sewer.
