Homeowner is a public sector professional, and is looking for a graduate student / professional to share her newly renovated row house:
- $1600 per mo. for a large 2nd fl bedroom (furnished) and private bathroom;
- Rent is all-inclusive: utilities, Internet, and cleaning services (house is hard-wired with CAT6 Ethernet throughout!);
- Share common spaces (e. g., chef's kitchen, laundry, Living/Dining rooms, TV room). 
- Prefer one (1) year lease, however due to off-season listing, a shorter lease term will be considered;
- Security deposit + 1st month’s rent due upon lease signing; responsible for credit/background screening fee;
- Street parking available (off street parking option considered, at add'l fee)
