Subleasing room in shared Bloomingdale rowhome fro

Hi! I’m subletting my room in a large cosy and relaxed shared house in Bloomingdale. The monthly rent is $1110 with ~$100 in monthly utilities plus an initial 1 month deposit. The sublease itself would run from Dec 1st 2022 to Aug 31st 2023.

The room itself is relatively spacious (see pictures) with a closet. You’d be sharing the bathroom with a very clean and chill housemate on the second floor.

As for roommates, the house is occupied by two lively and friendly professional women in their late 20’s/early 30’s. We respect each others’ space and keep the common areas clean. Occasionally we will hang out together and grab dinner, drinks, throw a house party, etc.

The shared areas include a small spare room, a large dining area, living room with fireplace, and kitchen. Sadly no pets are allowed.

The area itself is well connected: plenty of bus lines and a metro station within a 15 minute walk. There are restaurants, convenience stores, yoga, bouldering gyms all in the vicinity. Street parking is always available here. There’s also a cute little secret park tucked away just a block from the house.
