I have a private bedroom and private bathroom available starting May 15th. The house is located in the Preston Hollow area only 5 minutes from Preston Center! The neighbourhood is beautiful and very safe.

The rent includes utilities, internet, washer/dryer, parking, as well as basic food (bread, milk, butter, eggs, etc.).
The house is a beautiful old house with a charming interior. The room has wood flooring and is completely furnished. There are two closets and extra storage in the bathroom.
The house also has a large garden as well as a pool area. There are two living rooms, two dining areas, and various entrances to the house.

There are three male students who rent the other rooms and the landlord also resides within the house. She has been renting out her rooms to students for over 30 years and is very friendly and social.

Because the rent is so affordable for this particular area, the renter must contribute to the rent by doing 4 hours of 'chores' throughout the week. That can range from doing groceries and mowing the lawn to vacuuming, or tidying up.
This is a perfect house for students who want a safe and friendly environment while still maintaining a sense of privacy and getting the best price.
