The house is near Walnut Hill Ln. and Webb Chapel Rd. in North West Dallas. The house is in a very quiet and safe neighborhood. You would park on the street along with one other roommate. The bus line one block away and the DART Walnut Hill Station is just one mile away.
You must be a NON-SOMKER (NOT EVEN OUTSIDE THE HOUSE), NO DRUGS AND NO PETS, PLEASE.
All roommates are fully vaccinated, and you must be also and provide proof that you are vaccinated. You will have full access to all common areas of the house including the washer and dryer, fully equipped kitchen, and the pool. The bedroom is fully furnished and the bathroom that you would use will be shared by one other roommate.
Rent is $800 per month with a $400 deposit includes all utilities including cable and internet and is due no later the 5th of each month. Proof of employment is required.
