Newly renovated, 2750sqft, Lake Highlands home located not far from White Rock Lake with a convenient 10-mile drive downtown. The home features a full kitchen w/ pots, pans plates, and etc., a living room with a TV, a laundry room, a great backyard, and a garage (No parking within the garage is available at this time - extra $50/Mo on a first-come-first-serve basis). There are two bedrooms/bathrooms for rent on the property but only one is still available.

Room One - Furnished with a queen bed with brand new sheets and duvet, full-sized 60" office desk+chair, a small walk-in closet, and a 39" smart fireTV with Netflix. This room has great, large windows on the back wall.

Room Two - Occupied

Each room comes with a private bathroom with a shower and toilet.

No additional pets welcome at the moment, thank you.

The home is protected by a ring doorbell and two exterior motion cameras.

I am a young, male, working professional who's clean, laid back, and keeps a reasonable schedule. I just graduated from Texas A&M University and enjoy watching sports, staying active, and hanging out with friends, or grabbing drinks. I have two spare bedrooms and intend to rent both out, so expect there to be a total of three living here (See below). I also have a dog, a three-year-old German shorthaired pointer named Winston! He's loving and energetic, but fully house trained and roams where he sees fit (He does not bark ever - seriously). The rooms are situated down a hallway and the room has a door so don't worry about him sniffing around your space!
