Reduced Rent in exchange for pet care

Seeking someone who is willing to take care of a cat and an occasional dog in exchange for reduced rent.

Below are additional requirements for the roommate proposal:
Clean background check and drug free
Must love animals but not have your own pets and be willing to regularly tend to a (normal, healthy and lovable) cat when I am away or traveling.
Have minimal travel responsibilities
Ability to be home regularly by 6:30pm
Must commit to lease until August 2020
Responsible, trustworthy and professional
One-on-one interview required

Rent includes all utilities
Housing amenities:
Own bedroom that is furnished but the bed can be removed if you have your own
Private bathroom
Own parking spot in driveway
Access and use of Kitchen, living room and backyard

The house well kept and located in the beautiful and desirable neighborhood of Santa Monica Hollywood Heights, 10 minutes from downtown Dallas and half a mile from White Rock Lake. There are great, biking, walking/running trails within walking distance.

I'm a responsible, professional, fair, good-natured, pet loving person. I love my pets but do travel with some regularity and need help keep them happy, safe and healthy. I keep the house tidy and well maintained. I do have split custody of a dog that will be at the house with some regularity.
