I am seeking someone to take over my lease from September 16 2024 (flexible), to March 25, 2025. The apartment is a 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom unit with a shared kitchen and living room. You'll have the master bedroom, which includes a walk-in closet and a private attached bathroom.

· Rent is $1485/month for the private bedroom and bathroom (includes water, trash and building amenities).
· Wifi, electricity and gas are separate.
· Dish washer, washing machine, and drier included in unit.
