Hi I am a 26 yr old professional and I am looking for a clean quality roommate. I am goal oriented, enjoy music, traveling, and being with family.

I am looking for a clean quality roommate to rent a bedroom in my condo. The bedroom is not furnished has a ceiling fan central heating and cooling. En suite private bathroom featuring jacuzzi bathtub and shower. Spacious room with privacy. Laundry in unit as well as shared common space.

There is only a 250 move-in fee, no security deposit required. It is a month to month lease, essentially a trial period the first 3 months, to ensure we are both comfortable with the living arraignment and then can be moved to a 12 month lease or longer. I require verification of employment, background and credit check through the zillow rental app which I believe charges a $30 one time fee.

All utilities (water, trash disposal, electricity, internet) are included except for Heat/Gas. FLuctuations in heat based on an occupancy of 2 will be split in the winter months as need. There is unlimited free street parking. The bedroom dimensions are 12x10 and I'm not sure of the en suite bathroom.

When expressing interest in the bedroom ensuite bath please include the following in your inquiry: Name, intended length of stay, whether you have pets, whether you smoke, and a little about yourself.
