Hello! I love this apartment and am very hesitant to leave but I'm moving to a new city and starting to lease out ASAP. The landlords are great and the neighbors are quiet and respectful. Whoever gets this apartment is very lucky.

The 606 trail starts right down the street if you want to have a nice trail to run/walk/bike.
Dean park one street over.
Walking distance to the grocery store and bars.
Right in the middle of one of the best neighborhoods in the city (Wicker Park) but away from all the chaos.
Right near 90/94 but an extremely peaceful, quiet street.

Current roommate is a single male with no animals.
