Rooms For Rent

The Rooms are 450$ each with a 250$ move in fee. The application fee is 60$. They are on month-month leases. All tenants are responsible for their own beds. Utilities are included. We charge a 12$ monthly maintenance fee. This fee will help cover garbage/water electricity/etc.

Visitation: No visits longer than 48 hours!! 72 Hour visitation may be granted if tenant gives notice to the owner and the owner approves. Absolutely no party's allowed!

Rent is due on the 1st of each month. Rent can be paid via CashApp/Zelle or money order. You have a 3 day grace period to pay. If you have not paid within the 72 hour grace period you will be fined a 35$ late fee in addition to your monthly rent. The second time a tenent is late on rent they will be charged a 75$ late fee. If you are late more than twice your month-month lease will be terminated.

Property Damage- You are responsible to inform the owner as soon as you have damaged something. You then will be billed accordingly. We understand mistakes happen!!

Common Area: It is EVERY tenants responsibility to keep the common area as clean as possible. No dishes should be left in the kitchen overnight. No debris in the shared space. Please try to keep the home as tidy as possible. No hanging out on the front porch or the hallway area. Let's try to keep traffic to a minimum!

Maintenance : There will be a cleaning crew that comes in once a week to clean the common area of the home. Such as the bathrooms/ kitchens/ front room/dining room. All maintenance request will be responded to within 48 Hours.

Laundry is not included.

Security: Home is secured with ADT Alarm system and The Ring APP, with a security camera monitoring the exterior of the home. Keep all doors shut and locked at all times.
