Hi! I?m looking for someone to take over my lease before March 1st! The place is $1450 a month split with my roommate for $725 per person. Nicole is a great roommate; I?ve lived with her for over a year and a half and I?ve never had any problems. She?s 21 years old and she?d prefer to live with a girl around the same age! Unfortunately she?s allergic to cats, so cars aren?t allowed.
The place is located in Ravenswood and it?s about a 5 minute walk from the CTA Montrose Brown Line. It?s pretty bright as there are windows in every room of the house! My room is especially large with three big windows that let in plenty of light.
The lease ends on June 30th, though it can be renewed afterwards should you decide to stay longer.
