En-suite room for rent

Living Room

I am looking for someone to rent the master bedroom of my condo. I am open to agreements between two and twelve months to start. My ideal roommate (any gender) would be somewhat close to my age, help me maintain tidy and clean common areas, responsible and trustworthy, respectful of me and my belongings, not bothered by the cat who lives here, and more than anything - laid back. If you enjoy a lifestyle of partying, and relationship drama we most likely won't live well together. To reiterate, tidiness and cleanliness are important to me.
I'm a 35 year old gay man who works in the Loop Monday - Friday, and after work I am pretty laid back. I'm usually relaxing watching TV, on my computer, having dinner with friends, or doing house work. I like to make plans with friends on the weekend, but also enjoy at least half a day to myself doing nothing and completing chores. When I'm with my friends, we like cooking, brunch, skiing, occasionally going out, bowling, movies (I have a massive movie collection), and exploring Chicago. I also enjoy home improvement projects.
My condo is very organized, and I do my best to keep it clean and organized. I have started to automate my condo with smart lights, power switches, and a thermostat (yup, I'm a nerd.) The condo is 1200 square feet with 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a full-sized kitchen, dining room, living room, laundry area, fireplace, and central air and heat. There is a balcony off the master bedroom, a back door exit from the kitchen, and the main entry accessible through a controlled access building door. I have a new front-load washer and dryer, and all new common area (dining room, living room) furniture. Most of the condo was recently painted, and what hasn't been will be in the near-future.
The cat who lives here goes by the name of "Kitty." She's a very social and well behaved animal. Like every other furry goblin, she sheds a few times a year, but the Roomba stays on top of it. Her purfect day would be one where someone is home all day and will play with her for a few minutes, but mostly she just likes to know someone is here. When she becomes comfortable with people she'll sit on their lap as long as they aren't asking for it. She doesn't hiss, bite (unless she's playing), scratch furniture, or meow loudly.
The available room is considered the master bedroom with a full en-suite bathroom. The room is 12' x 12', includes a new full size memory foam bed, chest for clothes, night stand, tv, and desk. The room also has a closet, ceiling fan, window, and door to your private balcony. I will respect your space and adhere to your rules and preferences and would expect you to reciprocate. I am a 15 minute walk to the Metra and 'L' stops, and a 5 minute walk to three bus lines.
I am asking for $800/month rent plus half of the power and gas bills (totaling about $80 per month). I do not have cable, but I do have internet, and streaming media accounts which will be shared at no cost.
I will need to run a background/credit check, and will ask for an $800 deposit.
