Huge, Newly Renovated Home In Pilsen

Hi there!
I just signed a year lease on a 3br/1bath home in Pilsen. The apartment has 2 massive living rooms and another small living room off the kitchen. The ceilings are really high and the place has a ton of natural light, the kitchen has all new appliances (plus a dishwasher!), brand new wood floors throughout the apartment, plus brand new in unit washer/dryer! Also theres a bathtub!! The place is right across the street from a basketball court/park and a few short blocks from the Halsted art walk as well as all the bars/restaurants on 18th street.
I am an artist and was hoping to turn one of the living rooms into a communal studio space for art, music, yoga, whatever you're into! The apartment is pet friendly but you will need to have a little meet up with the leasing office to make sure your furry friend is approved. Also, in order to move in you will have to apply through the rental agency (if you have decent credit and proof of income you'll be good to go!)
