Room Available with your OWN Bathroom!

Looking for someone who is trustworthy, respectable does not mind sharing common areas. There are some ground rules that I am looking for in a person who will be renting this place. Quiet hours are 7 days a week after 10pm. Your area is unfurnished also I do not have a couch for the living room but if you want to bring your own that is fine if you have a TV you will be expected to pay the cable bill by yourself as I do not have a TV. Please clean up after yourself in the kitchen and as well in the common areas. If you would like to have company over please let me know in advance out of respect as I will give you the same respect. Extended stay for significant others is not going to be tolerated if they do they will have to start paying rent. Out of towners are welcome as long as there is a advance notice given. Street parking is available for free also there is a garage that you can park in for $100 a month. This is a condo the living space is on the second floor there is no elevator so you will have to carry stuff up and down. Also there are 1washer and 1dryer on the bottom floor and is available for use. will be possibly available in a few months
