The room that I am renting is a fair size it’s large and has a fair amount of closet space. It is NOT fully furnish, and it does NOT come with a private bathroom unfortunately but I clean the shared bathroom regularly.:) I live in Logan square and there’s a lot over here there’s lots of grocery stores and smoke shops (I am open to smokers), and basically what I expect from my roommate is cleanliness, honesty, and rent on time, also for me communication is huge and goes a long way. Company is fine but I don’t want crazy parties here I am a reserved person and I have one daughter she is seven and she is autistic but a sweet and welcoming little girl :) You must be child friendly and understand that kids can be loud otherwise that’s a deal breaker for me. I am also not supposed to technically have roommates (we can discuss that), so if you move in you have be a quiet and chill person. I also require that you have up to two months of rent available and proof of a job/stable income.
