Looking for roommate in 3 bedroom townhouse

My current roommates and I resigned our lease in June, but I have the opportunity to move out with my boyfriend, so am looking to find someone to fill my room in Lincoln Park.

You could move in any day starting early September, but I?d love to find someone by October 1. I can be flexible! The lease with the landlord will be until June 1, 2020.

Rent: $1,067
Utilities: shared, ranges from $60-$100 dollars

The Apartment:
We live in a 3 bedroom town house with two bathrooms and a small outdoor porch area. We have a really spacious living room with hardwood floors and a newly updated kitchen with a dishwasher and stainless steel appliances. There is lots of cabinet space in the kitchen as well. We have central heating and air conditioning. There is a washer/drier in unit. We also have a parking spot, which is no additional fee.

The apartment is furnished, but you might be able to work things out with the boys if you have some furniture (our couch is great). You will need to furnish your room. I am open to selling a bed frame, side table and a dresser.

The Location:
We are located on Arlington and Clark in the heart of Lincoln Park, so you?re super close to the lake, the zoo, the Diversey Mini Golf & Driving Range, gyms, and lots of fun restaurants and bars. Walgreens is maybe 20 steps away, and it?s about a 10 minute walk to Trader Joes, Whole Foods and Target. Extremely easy access to public transportation, the Fullerton Red/Brown/Purple stop, and the bus is also just steps away.

Your room:
Great sized room- can fit King bed and dresser, big sized closet and extra storage closets throughout the house.

About the Housemates:
I live with two amazing guys who are in their mid twenties (24 & 27). They?ve lived in the apartment for 3 years. The boys both have professional careers and work 8-5 in the Loop. One of my roommates travels quite a bit with work. They both have active lifestyles, and they enjoy playing tennis, working out, going on bike rides and walks, cooking, watching TV, and going out. They?re super chill, really fun, positive and friendly, clean and easy to get along with. We are mindful about noise but also enjoy having fun, having a few drinks or watching shows.

What we are looking for:
A male or female in the 23-28 age range and fully employed. You should be able to pay rent on the first of each month. Be respective and keep the common areas clean. No pets, no smoking inside, no couples.

First months rent + security deposit (1 months rent) due before move-in.
