This is a 3 bedroom apartment, one roommate has an ensuite and the second bathroom is shared. Currently, there are two of us living here.

The bedroom is fully furnished with a bed, mattress, desk, chair and closet.
The lounge is fully furnished with a sofa, chairs and coffee table as well as a small cabinet. The apartment itself is super spacious. There is also a TV in the apartment.

The kitchen has plenty of storage and has an oven, stove, microwave and fridge.

The apartment is located on the third floor and is accessible via an elevator.

The building has onsite laundry ( paid for by card) as well as TIDE laundry services.
There is a mail room to receive packages and a lobby where all grocery/food deliveries are recieved.
There is a gym that is open 24 hours.
There is free coffee and several vending machines as well.

The room being let is at a special rate of 730 p/m and the lease ends on July 31st.

Ideal for students studying in downtown as the blueline station ( Halsted) is across the road from the building. There are many bus routes running from within a 2 minute walk as well. Randolph street is a 15 minute walk and there is Marianos and Whole Foods within a ten minute walk and a Target which is a 4 minute walk.

The building does allow pets ( extra cost), has parking ( extra cost), and has free bicycle storage.
