Temporary Housemate Wanted

I am looking for a temporary housemate (female preferred). I am in the process of finding a buyer for my house for 2018, so the lease will be set up on a month-to-month basis (if I do sell the house, I will give at least 30 days notice). Available Jan 1st or a couple days before that.
I live on the second floor with my infant son.

The first floor area has two private bedrooms and a private bathroom. The spacious kitchen area will be shared with me.
The pictures show the rooms and bathroom. It comes unfurnished, so you would be responsible for your own furniture. The kitchen is shown as is.
I will replace the washer and dryer in the basement once I find a suitable tenant, so laundry can be done downstairs.

Gas and electricity will be shared between you and me. (Usually Electricity is around 70 $ per month and Gas depends of course on the outside temp and the need to heat).

Free street parking. Free wi-fi.
5 mins walking distance to the 69th CTA Red line stop, which will take you downtown in 15 minutes. 5 minute driving distance to the nearest ALDI. The house is by 67th and State.
